Returns & Refunds Policy

At Renovon Innovation Inc., we aim to deliver exceptional value through our consulting, coaching, and training services.
Because our offerings are digital, intellectual, and time-based in nature, this policy outlines the terms under which refunds or rescheduling may be considered.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all Renovon services, including:

  • Coaching or consulting sessions

  • Training programs and workshops

  • Digital materials, templates, and frameworks

  • Strategy or discovery sessions

As these services involve intellectual effort, scheduling, and preparation, they are non-returnable once delivered.

2. Session and Program Refunds

To maintain fairness and scheduling integrity, Renovon follows this refund framework:

  • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

  • No-shows (failure to attend a booked session without prior notice) are non-refundable.

  • Clients may reschedule one time without penalty, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given before the session.

  • For multi-session or program packages, refund eligibility is determined by the terms outlined in the individual agreement or invoice.

  • If Renovon cancels or reschedules a session, you will receive a full refund or be offered a new time slot at no cost.

By booking a Renovon service, you acknowledge and agree to these refund conditions.

3. Digital Products and Resources

Digital or downloadable materials (including reports, templates, or AI-based tools) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
We encourage clients to review product details carefully before purchase.

4. Force Majeure and Emergencies

If an unforeseen event such as illness, technical failure, or emergency prevents either party from attending a session:

  • The session may be rescheduled at no cost,

  • Or, if delivery becomes impossible, a credit or refund may be issued at Renovon’s discretion.

Renovon is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

5. Return of Physical Goods (if applicable)

If any physical materials (e.g., printed guides, kits) are sold in connection with a program:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item.

  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received and verified.

Please contact us before initiating any return to confirm eligibility.

6. Exceptions and Discretion

Renovon reserves the right to make case-by-case exceptions in situations involving:

  • Technical or billing errors,

  • Duplicate payments,

  • Unexpected service disruptions, or

  • Documented emergencies.

In such cases, refunds or credits may be issued at Renovon’s sole discretion.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the same payment method used for purchase.
Renovon will confirm completion of the transaction by email.
