4A. Refunds, Cancellations, and No-Show Policy

Renovon values your time and reserves your booking exclusively for you.

  • No refunds are available within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

  • No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) are non-refundable.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • If Renovon must cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or a new session time at no cost.

  • Multi-session or program packages follow the refund policy stated in their individual agreements.

By booking a Renovon session or program, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Renovon’s programs and consultations are designed to support growth and performance improvement.
However, success depends on individual participation and implementation.
Renovon makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, earnings, or performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renovon is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses;

  • Loss of profits, data, or opportunities; or

  • Any claim exceeding the total fee paid for the related service.

Use of this website and its materials is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Renovon makes no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renovon Innovation Inc., its employees, and affiliates from any claim or expense arising from:

  • Your misuse of this website,

  • Violation of these Terms, or

  • Infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by:

  • Canadian law (Province of Ontario) for users in Canada, and

  • UAE Federal Law for users in the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes will be handled exclusively by the competent courts of Ontario or Dubai, depending on your region.
